The 1st Annual Pico de Mayo Festival will be on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium Parking Lot, which is located on the corner of Pico and 4th street. There will be food, live music, art and more!

The Pico Improvement Organization announces its Business Incentive Program designed to attract new businesses to Pico Boulevard. The PIO will offer up to $1,200 worth of promotional services for every new business that is in the process of moving to Pico, or an existing Pico business that is in the process of relocating to a new address on Pico. The service includes the printing and neighborhood delivery of promotional door hangers welcoming your business to the Pico community.

The PIO Board of Directors meets the 1st Wednesday of every month.6:30 pm at Virginia Avenue Park.
